What a church trip with us includes

A pilgrimage planned around your church, not a fixed group tour.

Every itinerary is tailored to your denomination, your dates, and the pace of your congregation. Here is what comes with it.

  • Lead Your Congregation on a Journey of Faith.

Inspire your community by retracing the Footsteps of Paul or exploring the Holy Land. When you host a group of 30 travelers, your participation is fully hosted. Lead your pilgrimage with the peace of mind that there is zero financial burden on you or your church’s budget.

  • Dates built around your church calendar

We set departures around your services, your school year, and the season you want to travel. The itinerary is built for your congregation, not a fixed group tour.

  • Devotions and readings at every site

On-site devotions at Ephesus, the Seven Churches, the Pauline cities, and the monasteries. Communion at sacred sites and the order of readings tailored to your denomination.

  • Our own teams on the ground

We keep our own offices in Istanbul, Athens, and Yerevan. Whoever meets your group at the airport works for us and knows the place. Support runs 24 hours a day.

  • Group air from your US gateway

We arrange group airfare from major US gateways on request and handle the logistics so your church flies together. Travelers using miles are welcome too.

  • Guaranteed, dated departures

Ten travelers confirm a private group departure. Dates are fixed and dependable, so you can announce a real trip from the pulpit, not a maybe.

Your denomination, your journey

Select your tradition. We will show the itineraries that fit best.

An Armenian Apostolic pastor and an Evangelical pastor are not looking for the same trip. The filter below reorders our pilgrimages around the denomination most likely to book each one.

From first call to departure

What organizing a church trip with us looks like.

Most groups plan six to nine months ahead. We also join your service via Zoom to present the trip and answer questions, so the work of filling it does not land on you. Here is the arc, from the first call to the moment you board your flight.

  1. Ch. 01

    Month 1

    You contact us

A faith-travel specialist calls you back within the hour. We talk through congregation size, preferred dates, denomination, and budget. No obligation, no script.

  2. Ch. 02

    Months 1 to 2

    We build your custom itinerary

Tailored to your denomination, theology, and the pace of your congregation. We send the brochure, bulletin insert, announcement script, and a dedicated sign-up page for your church.

  3. Ch. 03

    Months 2 to 3

You announce it from the pulpit

Use our ready-made materials. We also join your Sunday service or a midweek meeting via Zoom for 20 minutes to present the trip directly to your congregation and answer questions.

  4. Ch. 04

    Months 3 to 5

    Deposits collected, trip confirmed

We handle all payments, rooming lists, dietary needs, and flight coordination. You answer questions from your members. We do the paperwork.

  5. Ch. 05

    Departure day

You just show up at the airport

Our team meets your group on arrival in Istanbul, Athens, Cairo, or Yerevan. From there, you lead spiritually. We handle every logistical detail, 24 hours a day.

The pastor's kit

Everything the church needs, already done.

Most faith tour operators ask the pastor to do the work of promoting the trip. We do it for you. Print, paste, and read aloud. Free, gated only by a short form so we can follow up properly.

What pastors say

From the pulpit, after the trip.

Real names, real churches, real denominations. We mark the samples below clearly. As pastor letters come in from Spring 2026 trips, they replace these in place.

A homecoming for our parish in the truest sense. The Yerevan office treated us like family, the monasteries were unhurried, and the moment we saw Ararat from Khor Virap, half the bus was in tears. We will return every other year.

Three people in our congregation rededicated their lives standing at Ephesus. I did not have to worry about a single logistical detail the entire trip. That freed me to be fully present as a pastor, not a tour manager.

The questions group leaders ask before they say yes.

Yes. One complimentary leader seat for every 30 paying travelers, every itinerary, every departure. You lead the pilgrimage at no cost to you or your church.
